RETURNS POLICY
If your order doesn't fully satisfy you, UK customers have up to 20 days from the receipt of goods to return products for a refund or one size exchange.
We only accept returns in the same condition with original tags and packaging. Items with removed or tampered tags are non-returnable. Note that underwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Returning items after 20 days will result in them being sent back. Exchanges are limited to one time, and if necessary, a refund will be issued for reordering. Please ensure that you use trackable method for returns and Email gymjamsthebearhq@gmail.com your name and information on if you wish for a different size or simply to return the goods. Refunds are processed within 48 working hours, with additional time for PayPal and credit/debit card transactions. Contact us if not refunded after 30 working days.
